June 3, SHE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

Even though nothing exciting is going on...it seems there is always something life changing going on and yet nothing really changes!

Today, of course, we went to coffee and had a nice visit with Sandi and Irwin!  Irwin had to go to the hospital to visit someone and so the girls were able to have a girly time!

Now, Vicki put in a call to the Neurologist and he just called her back.  He said that she absolutely does not have RESTLESS LEG SYNDROME.  He will run more tests on Thursday and she is to continue on the regiment that Dr. Sandi has her on!  lol!

Now, for Sandi....we don't know anything about her stomach problems but the new cardiologist called this afternoon with the results of her echo....everything is within normal parameters.  So, this is good!

This means that Vicki is on the way to being healed and I am half way to having an okay heart!  This calls for a celebration!

We are celebrating ...today and all it brings!

May we celebrate today everyday! And be thankful for all of our families and our friends!

ROSINE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!
  As I told you yesterday....Rosine took a spill and both Vicki and I are quite concerned about her mobility and what lays ahead for her in the coming months.  Well, today she had me bring out her real wheel  chair.  She then wanted the foot rests taken offf so that she can scoot along.  Since it is difficult for her to dress herself and since she is going to be in a wheel chair she has decided that she will start wearing moo moo type dresses!  She also said that she probably will not be wearing her clothes much in the future and that we might want to give them to my sister!

 She has given this a lot of thought and she is able to be in control of what she wants.  She is also thinking that we are going to have to "flip her rooms".  The handicap bathroom is in the room where the TVis.  This would mean putting her bedroom in the handicapped side so that she can put the wheel chair under the sinks!

Now, mind you .....no one has talked to her, directly, about moving into a wheel chair.  This woman is no dummy...she is as sharp as a tack and as long as she can make her own decisions, she will do it!  If there is a possibility that it is not the right decision, she will try it and then she will revamp.  Stubborn , she is, but...
