After having coffee at the grocery store we went to the old fashion dime store and looked at the material. We found out that they have quite a good selection and provide material for all the quilting clubs in the area. Also the material was less expensive than the place where we have been going.
I just wanted to pick up a few patterns for one of the quilts that I want to make and when I checked out it was 4x what I had planned to spend....I am addicted to the fabric. Between the Quilt shops and the Bakery at Costco, I think there is a good chance that I am loosing my mind! Speaking of which....we went to Costco earlier in the week and we bought baby bear paws. They were so good I thought I could eat the whole box. We were going to have the rest of them for breakfast the next morning...I threw them in the trash...later the next ay I thought seriously of going outside and digging the box out of the trash...something about this did not seem right...I think it is called stink ing thinking! lol!
I have finished 2 more quilts and poor Vicki is still having problems with the machines. She took a bobbin and some thread to the place where we bought the machine and wanted them to fill her bobbin and to show her what she is doing wrong. The lady only put a little bit of thread on the bobbin and when Vicki asked her about it and she started to do it, she jammed up the machine just like Vicki did at home....she just said, just clean it up and it will be fine! So, that did not work for Vicki!

At Sea
Just about as good as it gets…. The weather today was spectacular! It was great relaxing poolside and to top off the day I had a 75 minute massage…. What a day! Tonight we had a formal night and dinner was great. Now I am ready for another port, bring on Lautoka, Fiji!
BE CAREFUL OUT THERE!
