Our 115 day World Cruise, day 93, Cape Town South Africa

Great news today from the cardiologist....Vicki is healthy and her heart is normal!  Yea!

Here we are feeding our faces and having our last meal before we check into Weight Watchers tonight. About the last meal.....it is a good thing that I have never been on death row as 1 last meal would not cut it!lol!  Everytime I go on a new diet I have to have my last meal.....the count now stands at 2,541 last meals for me!  lol!  What can I say....it is what it is....haven't all of you had last meals?  lol!

"Yes, it is 2 eggs over easy, hash browns, 2 crisp bacon and chocolate chip pancakes!"  lol!  Bad girl!

I cannot get Vicki's attention, she is solo focused on mixing her eggs into her hash browns...oops, the eggs weren't not over easy!  At least Vicki got the multi grain pancakes!  Not sure how much difference it made!  lol!  She is celebrating the good news from the cardiologist...he would be impressed with what we are eating? lol! I guess when he said it is best to eat only 1 meal per day that this is what he meant!  lol!

We are going to go and visit Rosine and go to Weight Watchers so I will post more when we get home!

We are back from joining Weight Watchers and are all ready to go!  We will get it all set up tomorrow and see how it looks.  We will keep you posted!

Jeff is back on the Amsterdam and posted these pictures.
Bill and Mary Ann have not posted yet
Kween Karen is in route to the Amsterdam

Where we did not go today....but the Amsterdam did!

Cape Town South Africa

Had to be a little creative today….  Our Great White Shark cage dive was cancelled due to high seas so we had to figure out what to do.  We took the shuttle into the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront area to spend some time shopping & eating and….. checking on a helicopter tour over Cape Town.  The weather was really socked in all morning but the weather gods were with us and at 1:00 in the afternoon we took a ½ hour helicopter tour with Sport Helicopters.  The ride was magnificent and the view of Cape Town & the surrounding area was stunning.  Luckily, we made a great day out of one that began with a major disappointment….
