Vicki went to see Rosine today………she had an upsetting event over the weekend and they left her on the toilet for an hour and a half….also did not answer her call button….had a problem with and employee…this is not the first time they have left her on the toilet….this is not setting well with me!
Jeff is on his way to San Francisco to board the Amsterdam for the trip back to Fort Lauderdale and then he will start the 2014 World Cruise!
